🩺 What are your health and safety policies?

🤒 What happens if my child is sick and can’t attend?
In the unfortunate case that your child is unwell or absent from daycare, fees are still payable in full. However, after 3 months of enrolment, your child will be entitled to a holiday discount of 15 days (50% off fees) within a 12-month calendar year. This holiday discount can be requested and applied when your child is unwell.

🚑 What if my child falls ill or has an accident at the centre?
We document all accidents and symptoms of illness at Treetops. We will inform you immediately of any serious injuries or signs of illness, and the teacher will advise on the next steps based on the situation and applicable policies.
All our rooms are fully supplied with first an aid kit. Our first aid kits consist of Arnica, Plasters, Saline, Calendula cream plus the standard first aid kit requirements according to the Ministry of Education.
